Prasad Prabhakar Sawant
CEO & Managing Partner
Mr. Prasad P. Sawant is the CEO of Buoyancy Consultants & Engineering LLP. Since taking over in the organization his operational execution is supplemented by this extensive work handling International projects in various countries. He has worked across design engineering, production, operations and software verticals.
Late - Ramniwas Mourya
Co-founder & Ex-CTO
Mr. Ramniwas Mourya's expereince in Ship Design, production and marine engineering spans over 15 years. His practical knowhow was honed while onsite in projects across Europe and Asia. Ramniwas is the Go to guy when the team needs answers. His last assignment had him leading a team of production engineers in a Singaporean Shipyard. Soon after, he co founded Buoyancy Consultants.
Pratibha Sawant
CFO & Co-founder
Mrs. Pratibha Sawant has lead design teams across 3 continents. She has worked onsite with European projects for shipyards. Later, while working with a leading marine software solutions provider she was responsible for the entire South East Asia Region. Here she spent time working with clients at their locations, developing their competancies. About a decade later she was back in India where she co-founded Buoyancy Consultants.
Kishore Kantimahanthi
CSO - Chief Services Officer
Kishore is the CSO and Senior Naval Architect of BCEL. He has wide experience in companies both national and international. He has been working in defense projects in India, Singapore, and commercial projects across South Asia and the Oceanic region in various managerial roles. His specialty lies in the design of high-speed crafts of steel and aluminum.
